he BRAID WHEELS was founded in 1979, beginning as a small artisan company, mostly because of the needs of Spanish market for reliable motorsport wheels. The very first wheels produced was a “three pieces split rim” for a SEAT 124, which went to win the Spanish championship that same year.

As a trusted partner, BRAID produces wheels for all the automotive applications such as racing, aftermarket, and special equipment for the OEMs.

Different alliances, partnerships and developments have resulted in exclusive projects and extremely high-tech wheels working alongside highly acclaimed motorsport manufacturers, including Seat Sport, Peugeot Sport, Renault Sport, Hyundai Motorsport, etc.

Our well proven production and distribution structure allows us to make and send 1 wheel or 1000 wheels to anywhere in the world in a cost effective and efficient manner. Because of the unbeatable quality/price relation, throughout our history we have been providing wheels as official and exclusive partner to mainstream car manufacturers, equipping their mono-branded cups and championships, both rallies and circuits.

This tradition started back in 1988, with AX Circuit Championship from Citroën, delivering the well-known Serie 1R 3-Piece wheels.
